5 exercises that will help you perform better at snowboarding

If you are like me and you have a passion for board sports, then these 5 exercises will help you perform better. When riding on a board the three essential groups to train are core strength, leg strength/stamina, and balance. The first exercise is a single leg deadlift on a bosu ball. This exercise will not only challenge your balance but also your flexibility. The next exercise is a two limp or two point plank. Another fantastic exercise that builds core strength and balance. Third, squats on a bosu ball. Fourth, walking lunges. Finally, bridges or if you can single leg bridges on a swiss ball. Give these five exercises a shot.
