20-Minute Workout

20-minute full body hotel room workout. Equipment needed: exercise band. This is a circuit workout. All exercises should be done one after the other with no rest in between each exercise. Do 20 reps or until failure for each exercise. Do 3 rounds.

-Split stance lunge with military press (each leg) -Squats -Shoulder lateral raises -Shoulder front raises

-Bicep curls -Calf raise with triceps extension

-Pushups

-Military Press

-V-ups

-Leg raises -V ups -Oblique/serratus crunches (each side)
